We have put in 4 offers- 2 short sales and 2 not... this house is one of my very favorites (and not a short sale) and I want it. It has many many pro's to it one of which is Chelsea lives one street over. Heres hoping.

I've got my fingers, hands, arms, toes and legs crossed for you! Waiting for that answer is so stressful, you want to celebrate finding a house you like, but don't want to get to attached incase it falls through. Prayers for speedy answers.
