I can safely say that each one of you is a better cook then I am. It's not that I can't follow a receipe but a-I can't think up whats for dinner without a cook book and b- I don't know what you put with it, so I need your help. PLEASE leave me a comment with your favorite meal and how to make it. The whole kit a capodal please (ie if you serve it with rice and corn or something like that or if it requires brownies for dessert) I am going to be domesticated one day if it kills me :)

I just discovered white chili, it is chilid made out of chicken you can google a recipe, I do it in the crock pot which makes life so much easier for me. And then I just serve it with tortia chips that you can dip in it. The recipe I used has corn, white beans and chicken with chicken broth and seasonings. It is so good.
My favorite dinner is lasagna:
Preheat the oven to 350 and layer the following:
#1 cooked lasagna noodles (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan, should be about 3)
#2 12oz cottage cheese mixed with one raw egg (only use half because you'll do 2 layers)
#3 1 lb ground beef or turkey browned mixed with a can of pasta sauce (just use half of this as well)
Layer #1, #2, and #3 again top it with shredded cheese, I use whatever I have on hand cheddar or mozzarella.
Bake it for 1 hour at 350.
I usually just do green salad and garlic bread as sides.
There you go! I'm sure you already had a lasagna recipe but I like mine, it's simple and oh so YUMMY!! Good luck becoming "domestic". :) Let me know how it goes.

btw...these are freezer meal recipes...you can double to recipe and eat one that night and freeze the other one for later! This is how I cook!
This is my favorite meal and everyone else in my family's favorite meal. I get requests for it all the time:
Chicken Enchiladas
Sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup green taco sauce
Filling:
4 cooked and diced chicken breasts
1/2 pound shredded jack cheese
1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese
Blend sauce ingredients in pan to warm. In 9 by 13 pan, place rolled tortillas filled with chicken, sauce and cheese. Pour remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Makes 8-10 enchiladas.
I serve with green salad, tortilla chips and salsa and corn. You can also add olives and/or onions to the filling. This meal kind of takes a long time to make, so here is something a little quicker to prepare:
Crockpot Lemon Chicken:
4-6 chicken breasts
1 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 stick of real butter
Put chicken in crockpot. Add lemon juice mixed with Worcestershire sauce.
Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on chicken. Put stick of butter on it all. I also cut up a lemon and place the slices on top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on low or medium for 6-8 hours. I serve with mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls, and green beans. Delicious!
Hope those help!! Good luck!
This is delicious and easy, and it's Mexican so it really doesn't need side dishes (maybe just some chips and salsa). http://thedougheatery.blogspot.com/2008/09/honey-lime-home.html
This one's a little trickier, and chicken has a tendency to get a little dry, but it's yummy: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Gorgonzola-Chicken-Breasts-350591?mbid=rss_epinr
A good side dish for that chicken: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Nutty-Brown-Rice-350560
Makayla loves Tator Tot Casserole. I don't have the recipe on me, but you can find it at allrecipes.com or some other site.
